Our Process

From Plans to Final Trim

Step 01

Planning & Underground

I review the plans, coordinate fixture and equipment locations, and prepare the plumbing layout before work begins. Where applicable, underground drainage, building sewer, water service, and under-slab piping are installed before the slab or floor system closes the work in.

Step 02

Rough-In

Once the structure is ready, I install the concealed plumbing — water lines, drain and vent piping, shower and tub valves, fixture connections, and other rough plumbing that must be in place before the walls are closed. Coordination with the general contractor and other trades helps keep the plumbing aligned with the project schedule.

Step 03

Testing, Inspection & Coordination

The plumbing is tested and prepared for required inspections before it is concealed. I stay in communication with the general contractor and coordinate necessary adjustments as the project moves forward.

Step 04

Final Trim, Testing & Approval

After walls, cabinets, and finished surfaces are ready, I return to set and connect the fixtures and equipment included in the plumbing scope — toilets, faucets, sinks, water heaters, disposals, fixture trim, and appliance plumbing connections where included. The system is tested, final plumbing requirements are completed, and the project is prepared for final approval.
