Your Vision,Plumbed Right.
Kitchen upgrades, bathroom renovations, and whole-home remodels — I handle the plumbing and coordinate with the other trades to help keep the project moving.
Remodel Plumbing Done Without the Drama
Remodel plumbing often involves hidden piping, unexpected layouts, and code considerations. Decades of hands-on experience help identify practical solutions while keeping the plumbing coordinated with the larger project.
I coordinate directly with your general contractor, tile setter, and cabinet installer so the plumbing work stays aligned with the construction schedule. Rough-in is completed before walls and finishes close the work in, helping reduce delays, rework, and inspection issues.
"Quality Value Plumbing gets in before the walls close — so nothing has to be undone later."

Bathroom Remodels
New shower pans, tub surrounds, vanity rough-ins, toilet relocations — I handle the plumbing for the fixtures included in your bathroom renovation.
Kitchen Remodels
Sink relocations, dishwasher connections, pot-filler rough-ins, garbage disposal installs — your kitchen remodel, plumbed to spec.
Fixture Upgrades
Swapping out dated fixtures for something modern? I remove the old fixture and install the new one with attention to proper connections and a clean finish.
Pipe Rerouting
When your remodel moves walls or changes layouts, I reroute supply and drain lines to match the new plan.
Code Updates
Older homes often need plumbing brought up to current code during a remodel. Necessary plumbing updates can be addressed as part of the remodel and prepared for required inspection.
Laundry Room Plumbing
Adding or relocating a laundry room? I rough-in the supply lines, drain, and standpipe to fit the layout and applicable plumbing requirements.
Coordinated, Clean, On Time
Review the Plans
Before work begins, I review the design plans and discuss the plumbing scope with the homeowner and general contractor. Potential plumbing concerns can then be addressed early.
Rough-In First
Plumbing rough-in is completed before drywall and tile wherever the project sequence allows, reducing the likelihood of unnecessary work on finished surfaces later.
Final Trim
Once the finishes are in place, I return to set fixtures, make final connections, and test the completed plumbing work.
Planning a Remodel?
Call early to discuss the project. More lead time allows plumbing work to be coordinated with the remodel schedule.
